How long have you been attending the center?

I started working and attending over 30 years ago.  And now I'll be there untill I'm old enough to retire!

How has the center helped you Age Well and Live Well?

It keeps me active and busy.  I love all the people; I enjoy the crafts, the activities and I like helping in the kitchen.

I assist the center manager organize crafts and quilting projects.  I do RSVP.
What advice would you give to young people today on how to live a good long life?

Faith in the Lord, a positive attitude and going to church.  I see the glass of water as half full not as half empty. Stay active, enjoy your job, love people, don't hold a grudge, take your medicine and eat fruit every day.
